Marc Proctor
Director
Chartered Accountant. BA (Hons) Accounting (UK), Financial Adviser, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERcm, Diploma in Business Studies (Personal Financial Planning), Graduate Diploma in Financial Planning (Aus)
Marc qualified as a Chartered Accountant working for Coopers and Lybrand and PriceWaterHouse Coopers, having gained his Accountancy Degree in London, with Honours studying the Finance of Professional Football. After becoming a Chartered Accountant he was then one of the first people in New Zealand to achieve the Certified Financial Planner designation.
Marc brings 30 years of experience to discussions with clients, to help you make better financial decisions and achieve your financial goals. Marc’s experience covers Accounting and Finance, Banking, Investment advice and Management, Management and Sales

Marc is experienced with business owners, families, trusts and charitable organisations.
Outside of work, Marc enjoys cooking and travelling, and is an enthusiast of Fiat 500 cars and an avid supporter of Watford FC.
Greta Proctor
Practice Manager
Greta started work in an accounting firm in Gisborne, then worked as a Pharmacy Technician when she moved to Palmerston North. After several years working in Pharmacy, she decided that finance was the right career path. So when she moved to Auckland, she worked as a Financial Adviser whilst at the bank and then moved into administration roles and complaint management.

Greta is our guru on Xero, and can help resolve most issues clients have.
Although she has lived in Auckland for many years, and with a brief interlude in Palmerston North, she is a Gizzy girl and loves returning to her hometown and enjoying all Gisborne has to offer. She has great recommendations about the places to visit on the East Coast. She also enjoys travel and is looking forward to getting back to handstanding. She also likes to craft and sew to relax.
Natalia Pavlova
Senior Accountant
Natalia has deep experience in overseas investments and complicated international tax compliance, gained from one of the ‘Big 4’ international accounting firms where Natalia was part of the specialist overseas tax team. She has a raft of qualifications including a Master’s degree in Economics, and is a Chartered Accountant.
Riaan Van Wyngaardt
Senior Accountant
Riaan has over 20 years’ experience, working as a specialised accountant and advisor. Originally from South Africa where Riaan ran his own accounting practice, he has worked in senior accounting roles in other practices before joining our team. Clients benefit from his multi-industry experience and in-depth accounting and tax advice.
Jeanette Taylor
Office Administrator
A skilled senior administrator, Jeanette has Corporate PA, Practice Manager and Office Manager experience and has now enjoyed almost 8 years’ with CA practices. Jeanette is highly organised and has a keen eye for detail, and she ensures administrative tasks run like clockwork. If clients need to see an accountant, Jeanette is definitely the go-to person to co-ordinate calendars.
Maria Trostyanskay
Accountant
Maria has a background in accounting and finance. She holds a Bachelor of Business degree from Unitec Institute of Technology, where she studied Accounting for Business, Taxation, and Advanced Auditing. She has worked as an Accounts Assistant for several companies, She is fluent in Russian Maria has experience with Xero, MYOB and QuickBooks. Maria is a Provisional Member of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand.
